Due to a complete inability to draw straight lines, I am mainly a photographer, and sometimes design web sites. I use an Olympus C-2040 ZOOM for the digital stuff (it's an old camera, but not bad) and a Pentax K1000 for film.
I also love music, mostly indie stuff. Some favorite bands are:
THE SMITHS (!!!!!), Morrissey, Modest Mouse, AC Newman, the Arcade Fire, Beck, Bloc Party, Bob Dylan, The Clash, David Bowie, Elliott Smith, The Fiery Furnaces, The Flaming Lips, The Futureheads Joanna Newsom, My Bloody Valentine, Neil Young, Neutral Milk Hotel, Nick Drake, Pavement, The Pixies, The Shins, Sonic Youth, The Stone Roses, The Talking Heads, Velvet Underground, Wilco, and any others I've forgotten...
I also love to read, write, play my guitar and violin, and do lots of other things.
Yeah so we got a tripod . I am so incredibly happy. It's a Mamiya.. somewhat old, but still very functional. I happily spent two hours using it to take pictures of hummingbirds.. can't wait to get that roll developed. Yay now I can do night photography and all that other stuff I've been wanting to try.
I think summer school is killing me. No, seriously. 7:30-12:30 every day for six weeks is going to do me in. I don't think I've gotten a full night's sleep since it started.
